RESERVATION FORM. Please complete and submit the online form. Provide all of the requested information so that pre-Chapter information and Chapter materials can be sent to you. All reservations are to be made through the 2012 GENERAL CHAPTER OFFICE at St. Norbert Abbey in De Pere.

Transportation will be provided only between Austin Straubel Airport (GRB) in Green Bay, Wisconsin, and the Chapter site or St. Norbert Abbey. All Chapter delegates and workers in need of transportation should complete the online FLIGHT RESERVATION FORM.
